Simple Pleasures…
Simple Pleasures are the best. Coffee shared with a friend and lover, laughter shared too. Kisses, always kisses. Spooning, foot and back rubs, dates that cost little or nothing. Driving the back roads for the scenery. Handmade gifts. Cookies made from scratch. French toast and berries. Sharing fries, so I do not cheat on my “lifestyle change” so much. Holding my hand when I am sad, you do not have to say anything. Knowing you care, really and truly care and are there is enough. Listening to each other. Sex is always a pleasure (not always simple but always good!). Your smile and how you make me think and make me laugh.
